This is a serious question. Some days ago I had the impression my T was lower and I could not hear it all the time. This was much better to handle for me. It was the first time after many months. But I have no clue why it was milder, I even cannot say if it was just perception. It went back to the ugly head sound I am still trying habituating to.
My question is therefore if there is anything that lowers your T. So for example a supplement (for example NAC or whatever), a good sleep, listening to particular sounds, avoiding certain food and so on. Taking addictive meds is not what I am looking for.
So would be good if we can collect something. Unfortunately for me there is nothing yet that decreases the volume even a little bit. Thanks for all your answers.
