What movies had you watched more than once because they held some kind of interest for you.

I don't watch much TV anymore, but some of mine that were made in the last two decades were: The View, Cast Away, Notting Hill and The Notebook.

Rewatched a lot of films since I got tinnitus as it's good to have the noise on the evening... used to prefer books.

Tonight I watched The Matrix Reloaded for the first time. This is one of those movies with insane levels of dynamic range, so it's important to keep the volume control ready. There's one moment where Monica Bellucci's voice peaks - did nothing to me, but I'd imagine it'd send some people here into a panic. Or you could set your device to flatten the audio if you have that option.

My kids are relentless about rewatching films as am I. Too many to count, recently year 1, the Incredibles 2, and any Rick and Morty. There are so many more, I love films, also a huge fan of radio programs, and reading.

Avengers Infinity War I have already watched more than 50 times and will be watching again tonight. Also watched Black Panther a lot as well.

Other than Marvel only Harry Potter films and old films with James Stewart and the Devil Wears Prada are the ones i have watched more than twice.

And lastly I have watched Frozen several times only because my nephew says his mom is like Anna which is true, my sister is 100% like Anna so many moments make me laugh as they are so her. Apparently I'm Elsa but I don't see Theo says I'm reserved like her.

Anyone else here seen A Quiet Place?

I immediately thought of this forum while watching this film about a family in hiding in a post-apocalyptic world where they can't make a sound or else they'll attract these monsters with super-duper hearing. And the M. Night Shyamalan-style ending where a character realises the monsters' weakness is a crack-up!

Heed my warning though, some parts of this movie are loud and startling, so be vigilant with the volume control. Even mute it if necessary, since there isn't a lot of dialogue anyway. But I think this forum will get a lot from it.

I have seen it. A good film but I thought I could not live like that as even when watching the film all I could hear was my tinnitus.

Scared my sister really bad, she was scared of talking and was writing everything down on paper afterwards. I'd never seen her so scared. Thank goodness she's fine now but I told her to not watch things like that again.

An older movie that makes me laugh.

Overboard with Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russel

At least half the movies I've ever seen, I've watched more than once. Love movies. For the 40's to present day.

Same here. Even if a movie was quite mediocre in my taste, I still usually end up watching it again at some point, and it does happen that I like those mediocre movies better after the second watching.

I turned it off after a few minutes because it was too quiet.

I can't believe I forgot to include "Irreversible".

That is quiet heavy stuff for watching it multiple times:D. However a good movie.

I watched the original Suspiria movie probably like ten times (together with a lot of other Argento movies).
Hardware - Mark 13
Dust Devil
Mies vailla menneisyyttä (My favorite Kaurismäki)
Haywire
Les lèvres rouges
Sans Soleil

LOL, I watch reruns of the Godfather at least once or twice a year. I especially never seem to tire of the scene where Michael blows away the rival gangster and the crooked cop after coming out of the bathroom. That few seconds where he is sitting there with that look on his face right before he stands up and fires, is one of the greatest moments of acting there is.

I also have watched many times the movie "Unforgiven". In my mind the best movie Clint Eastwood ever did. I just cant get enough of that scene where he walks into the saloon with that shotgun while Gene Hackman is bragging to all the patrons how he is going to run that guy down and teach him a lesson. After Eastwood shoots the owner of the bar, Hackman scowls out.. "why you just shot an unarmed man!" and then Eastwood replies.. "Well, he shoulda armed himself, if he's gonna decorate his saloon with my friends body". Yes!!! Great movie.

Epic 20th century movies. The Godfather underlying story was like Mario Puzo revisiting the great dramatic themes of betrayal, murder, love, and gangsters, desperadoes afraid of nobody. Great actors, great director, and the mafia in Americana is Pure American culture, just as much as Jazz is, and thus cinematic history. Bad to the bone.

I love all kinds of films... really looking forward to "Rick and Morty", going to watch it lots I am sure.

Will there be a Rick and Morty movie? Or are you talking about those 70 new episodes that were ordered last year?
Sorry my friend. The series. Not a movie... my bad.

I know it's not politically correct to watch with my kids, but I do, and they love it. We are huge fans... are you a fan Bill? And were you aware that the same actor plays both Rick and Morty.

I love science fiction and comedy. I suppose Guardians of the Universe could be considered sci-fi comedy, and I also loved it.
