I'm convinced my neck is the source of my tinnitus. A CT scan revealed an incomplete fusion of c1, and my tinnitus is modulated based on my neck/jaw position. I've read lots of studies of neurovascular decompression having great results on tinnitus. Who is the specialist I should see for this?
