Cause of Tinnitus
Fluid, from a cold. No noise damage or infection.
I've been sleeping on my right side for a long time now and up until recently its had no effect on my tinnitus. But now for some reason everytime I sleep on my right side I notice my tinnitus will be higher for the whole day. I'm just a bit confused to why this is? I think my tinnitus is otherwise very slowly improving.

You probably are aware of the fact that with T you never know. But my guess would be some kind of muscle involvement so you could try seeing a pysiotherapist to help you with that. Otherwise maybe your mattress it getting worn out or even your pillow. Especially if you always tend to have the same sleep position. You could switch those for new ones and see if that helps you with sleeping on the right side again.

May be pressure on your jaw or neck position.....lots of love glynis
