i have a cell phone that i call in my lunch order on.. takes 1 minute.

then i put the phone back in its place ( far away from me

do not use a cell phone for the rest of the day.

Im not quite sure, as far as i know i have a great hearing, i can hear pretty well.
with both ears, i can even hear long distance conversations.
and yes when im all alone in an quiet room, the noise can be so loud in my left ear like an alarm.
its just so damn weird.

Same here but in my right ear. -- I used to love my peace and quiet and now I try to avoid it and stay busy..
