"Wind Blowing" Sound When Around Loud Noises?

I have regular tinnitus, like a static hiss, since early September. It has changed sounds since then but it's been the same for weeks with an occasional temporary high pitch change.
But on top of that I keep hearing a wind blowing sound whenever I'm around noises. It's really annoying. I was just getting less bothered by my regular tinnitus. But now I have to deal with this? :(

I have something similar since 2 months ago, but my T reacts to noises, especially higher-pitched I think. I don't have "wind blowing" sounds, instead I hear a very highly pitched sound for a very brief amount of time (at least 5x louder than baseline T).

Sorry I can't help. I'm just another annoyed (diplomatically said) person with T reacting to sound.
