Does someone else feel stunned when the wind blows on the street? I feel as if someone was blowing directly into my inner ear.

It also happens to me that when I yawn, I feel momentarily stunned. I hear absolutely nothing and the beep becomes more noticeable while the yawn lasts.
 
thanks for the response. maybe I'm being a bit paranoid about that. with respect to the other subject I am very sensitive to the wind, I am easily stunned! even in closed areas where several people converse in a low or normal tone :depressed:

That might be hyperacusis if noises seem exaggerated in volume.
 
I have to wear earplugs when I ride my bike down the highway the wind just wears me out ! I also wear them when I'm in a big pack as well lucky for me I'm in the front ( VP ) !

It is very probable. I have never been treated for hyperacusis. I should!
