Working Out, Feeling Great, Tinnitus for 4 Years

I've had tinnitus now for the past 4 years, and feeling great.

I have been doing boot camp, high impact work outs and my tinnitus has actually calmed down a bit. It hasn't gone up either.

I do believe my neck tensions plays a part in why I got tinnitus. So I have been working out and trying to get those neck muscles relaxed.
 
Good. Exercise keeps the mind relaxed. If we stay occupied it helps to not think of T. My T was very quiet then today it has gone very loud. I walk every day at least three miles or more relaxes the mind
