If you have been singing along with my song then you know my history.
TLDR: first I thought it was TMJ, then ETD, and now neck/spine.
So I went to the dentist for a routine clean. Yes there was a drilling thingy involved - just for the de-scaling - no holes.
My morning started with tinnitus at a 4/5 - where 1 is the acceptable base level, and 4 is the worst (5 is a "non-functioning blob).
We talked about the tinnitus again (how was I going, yeah still there, no improvement, splint didn't help, could be neuralgia, etc).
And the dentist cleaned and de-scaled, and it hurt a little, and I was tense, and I think I was hyper flexing my head/neck while I clenched the armrests of the chair. And at the end we talked about the tinnitus and I said "it comes and goes" and then I was listening for it and then I noticed it was gone!
There you go. Dentist cures tinnitus. LOL
Not really, but I am monitoring how things are going.
Still at 1/5 - has been for 4 days (but that has happened before).
