I am wondering if I have some issues with the neck lately and I was moving it around and noticed my tinnitus could change some. I'm not sure if this is due to the neck or because of head movements.

Anyways, I saw these people getting adjusted with what I guess is called a Y-strap on YouTube and it seemed to help the people out in the video. Would this be safe for someone with tinnitus? I don't mind if it doesn't lower my tinnitus but I would not like it if it made it worse.

Hi Jason,
I've been going to a local chiro that does something like this and I don't think it's helped me. In fact, it may have made it a little worse. He calls is "traction" and basically is just tugging on my head using some sort of strap, doesn't look like this though. I had some progress with a upper cervical chiro in the past using (I think) something called the recoil toggle technique. Very gentle adjustment compared to my experience with the latest guy. Be careful with it and do your research.

This Y-Strap feels like the fatality from Mortal Kombat. Sub zero ripping out your spine. I couldn't believe how much movement occurred when this happened.
