I drink herbal tea, do some steam inhalation to free up the nasal region, put on my sound enrichment (ocean waves) and then hit the sack. I'm glad I can still get the necessary night's rest even though I have taken to waking during the night more than in the past.
Work out until I'm too tired to care about tinnitus (even though it makes my other condition worse). Then, take a shower, put on some relaxing sound enrichment and go to sleep.
