Yes I listen to music but not loud. I been careful with my hearing but it spiked on Thursday I'm really getting into a depressed mood again.

Feeling much better since I got T 2 months ago. The ringing had lower very much since I got it. Since than I have wondered if my T is going to completely go away, what are your thoughts?

Thanks for all the support and I also don't have hearing loss so it couldn't be noice induced because the doctor told me it can only be noice induced if you have hearing loss. He said give it time time there can still be fluid from the cold. I'll keep you guys updated, thanks for the support

@gary mine started when I was sick. I been thinking is it cause my tubes in my ears are blocked because every time I swallow my ears make a popping noise and I searched that up and it said was a symptom of blocked tubes that cause tinnitus also. I don't know what you think? Thanks sir

I think I found the reason why I have T
