Tired of reactive/fluctuating tinnitus, wet ears and my ears popping and vibrating when I yawn or burp

Update: only side effect is a very sore arm. No change in T at all.
Had my first Moderna shot. Not going to worry about it - whatever happens, happens.
Wish doctors would take me seriously and treat my spine, neck and jaw properly
T gets worse from showers but not a restaurant and hours around friends. Makes me think it isn't noise reactive.
Encountered so many cars blasting music today. How do these people not have tinnitus and I do? Unfair lol
Picked up inline skating. Probably not gonna do anything for my T but getting exercise is nice.
Prior to chronic T, I never got fleeting tinnitus. Now, I regularly get fleeting tinnitus. Genuinely the most bs mechanism to exist.
At this point I'd settle for something that stops my T from changing every minute

Every new day is a day closer to a working treatment. It's tough, but I'm holding on.
Seems like showers hardly spike my T now. Waiting for music to stop spiking it as well.

Left ear suddenly changed a tone (more like hissing) and keeps getting fleeting tinnitus. Pretty sure stable T is just a myth at this point
I'm just so done with it all. This condition is cruel and knows no mercy. We need a cure.
@Steph1710 I've noticed I make a lot of spelling mistakes which I'd never made before getting T. I'm not a native speaker though.
Keep getting a thumping in my left ear that always starts between 6:30pm and 7:30pm and lasts until around 12 am and 1am. No known trigger.
Reactive tinnitus really is a whole different kind of cruel.
If only my tinnitus would stay at it's quietest I wouldn't have any issue.
Put me to sleep until they cure tinnitus please
at this point all I want is mild T. I don't need it to be gone, just give me a mild stable form.
