    Hey, I saw you had tinnitus from benzo withdrawal. I think you should go to a place that gives free hearing tests to see if you have lost some hearing. If so, ask for a trial of hearing aids to see if they take away or reduce your tinnitus.

    Hi Jason. I have already tried these both. I have no hearing loss and the tinnitus maskers are more disturbing than my tinnitus. Unfortunately I do not know what else I should do.

    I'm in around 680 days and fight hard everyday. Keep busy and use masking techniques, whenever you can.

    There is nothing to do. That is one of the main T issues. Try not to think about it. It takes a long time until the brain gets bored of the unexplainable noises. Be patient and kind to yourself.

    I've seen you've mentioned TMJ disorder. This is where I went: http://www.mncranio.com/ Good read and info, but no guarantees. It seems like ear and/or brain for most of us. Very frustrating to find consistent relief.
