I have more than 5 sounds plus a bit of pulsatile T in my right ear.

I can hear mine over everything. Bars, restaurants, highways, etc but not in the shower. It is very high pitched electrical sound that even cannot be masked with masking apps.

Thank you for the replies guys. Mirtazapine has no effect on my T to be honest. I'm gaining weight now because I can't stop eating. I can't get full. But I'm also really curious if it has effected my metabolism too but I don't know how I can be sure about that case since I'm eating like crazy.

Yes, exactly. Plus to T I have complete head buzzing. I can deal with the sound, but the buzzing T is something different.

If you got your T from neurological reasons, I'm sorry but it is not reversible I think. Like in my case.. I'm gald some of you guys have your T from ETD or TMJD. You can at least reduce your T.

Hi Yes I'm getting enough sleep. I have been taking mirtazapine for 5 months now and it gives me good night sleep.

I think one can only have tonal eee tone and or have them both the hissing and tonal sound. I have them both. My T is generally a hissing but when I cover my ear I can hear very loud eeeeee sound too. When I get spike, I also hear the eee sound above the electrical hissing.

Hi undecided I have done an MRI when I first gor tinnitus but nothing came wrong. Do you think should I do an EEG?(I do not know if it is called like that in your country. It is the one they can detecr the electrical activity in the brain)
