    Hello Bob1234, how are you doing? Did you ever got T spikes before? I had mine two days ago and I did not know what caused the spike as I stopped listening to any loud noises. Wondering, if you had any spikes and how long it took to subsidies

    I had to go to a loud industrial environment for work and didn't wear any ear protection for days and I am spiking badly now. So stupid!!!!

    Back in the office 3-2 now and its okay, T does not really make a difference. You'll be fine it will just take time!

    Hey Bob just curious what ur T is like and when it started improving? I wfh too and am dreading going back into the office as I know I won't be able to anytime soon w/ my T as severe as it is

    I am mostly at home though, so I don't know whats going to happen when this pandemic gets better, maybe thats masking some issues for me.

    I am able to ignore it most of the time unless I think about it. I have not used headphones, no idea if thats needed but better be safe.

    Hi New-To-T. There have been lots of ups and downs, I am now 4+ months into it and it is much better. Its still there all the time.

    Hello Bob1234, I have red your previous post and I got mine because of Stupid mistake of using Airpods at high volume. Just wanted to check and see your progress..Is there any Change in your T sound since the beginning?
