Hardly slept last night how loud it was. Misery..
Doing terrible. I can see black eye floaters inside the house. T is blasting loud. Wtf seriously.
Just spent 1 hour in the shower ahhhh how nice it was not to hear T, now I have to listen to this blasting sound
Does T cause brain damage?
11 months in with T and no improvement. It feels like I am in the onset every day.

I spent 1 hour in the shower. Amazinggg not to hear T omgggggg.. I was relaxed.
Just cut a few grey hairs. Its crazy to think that last year I had 0 of those and now I have a whole bunch.
Miss sleeping so much. I only sleep 2-4 per night. Last night was particularly bad. My T was extreme 10/10.

Blasting Tinnitus. I think Visual Snow is getting worse. I an see it on lighter surfaces now.
I am 28, please god let me just move on with my life. I want to live a normal life. There is just so much to experience. Go away T/H

Tinnitus was 10/10 last night, it dropped to a 9/10 right now.
Turning the volume of TV up to 50 covers my tinnitus.
Oh god its so loud...it making my head hurt...a sharp/shrill piercing sound.
doing really bad today...very intrusive tinnitus
