Hello Dr. Hobbs. Does a muscle imbalance in head/neck/shoulder cause tinnitus? I think I have a muscle imbalance as my tinnitus is in my right ear, and the temporal muscle seems to affect it on my right side of head, but not my left side of head. Thank u for ur insight
