I got this sucker, Anyway, Valerin herb is for muscle spams of the face. Also ice packs like blue packs from pharmacy. do not freeze the packs, put them on your cheek two or three times a day. Any herbal sedation product would work. Valerian is a gaba. whatever you can research your self.
