    the volume of the ringing got lower but i keep having different tones appear... why???? were they just buried under the ringing?

    i have 3 tones in left ear, mosquito buzz, mellow ringing like a spoon being circled around a bowl and v v faint morse code

    i had five in the right ear, which is lower than the left ear overall, which is like a sporadic bird whistle, Morse code, mellow spoon being coasted around a bowl and like the shimmers you would shake in a snow globe
