Try to refrain from using headphones and instead give your ears as much rest as you can tolerate. I know how difficult this can be. Wish you the best!

I did, in total I've had more than 10 different sounds. Over time they changed into one typical tinnitus sound. It does change a bit sometimes, mainly in loudness. But not anything comparable to the first 1.5 years.

I'm 23 as well and have run in to a lot of the exact issues you have. My advice: Ask your dentist to do as much manually as is possible. Not use any machines wherever possible. And for ear cleaning I suggest asking (or rather demanding) for a fully manual cleaning. No water and no vacuum...

Excuse me if I misunderstand, but you developed hearing loss after a concert as well as tinnitus, then had it for two years before it completely disappearef for a while? So after two years of tinnitus all of a sudden you heard silence again? That's absolutely insane, I can't imagine.

I'd never skydive, the noise from the wind is insane.
