It seems I have jaw pain left side, along with a spike that dropped a bit. Man I'm losing strength
Last 2 days were extremely hard. Fluctuations seem to have dropped. Sleep is very important.

My right ear tinnitus seems more concentrated. Ear seems stuffed but didn't cause anxiety.
Does anyone's tinnitus change when you are very tired? Like no spike, just changed to become more mellow, peaceful? Only me?

Got a major spike today at 2:10 pm left ear. Drove too fast and class was too loud. Went for about 1 hour, now it dropped.
