I'm panicking right now, I was just listening to music through my speakers (low volume) then all of a sudden my ear rings for 30 seconds, 40 seconds later tinnitus in my right ear becomes louder with a feeling of numbness and full ear then it's rings louder than usual and it is still like this...

This happaned again and im terrified. A LOUD juice box just popped next to me like 1-2 meteres with only 1 ear protected. Any ideas how loud these are when popped. It sounded like a fire cracker. It was really loud, im starting to become depressed. Support needed.
