Hi, 3 months in with tinnitus after having my daughter. During the day it's relatively quiet but at night it's bad and tonight it's particularly bad! Trying to be strong and positive but it's wearing me down... :(

A bit more understanding as to how awful this can be. I cannot sit in silence, it's gone. Silence may possibly not return... some empathy at least would be nice... X
