If you get relief from them then it might be ok to continue but just be cautious. There are videos and exercises that tell you to blow your nose very hard for example. Do not do this. Anything gentle should be ok but I generally say stay away from them for a while.

I don’t know about Betaserc lowering pressure. It’s definitely something to try as it has a pretty good safety profile.
