  • My T is a roller coaster as usual, I try to simply not pay attention to it, something I am roughly successful at.
I still have sinusitis which is clogging my Eustachian tube, which makes my ears pop and click when I swallow :/ My T is currently mild.
I had a huge spike this afternoon, the worst yet, my T went back to severe (60+db) for several hours, it's been back to mild an hour ago.
Well, my T is still at mild 1/10 (small hiss level that I notice if I focus on it or wear earplugs/earmuffs.
HBOT definitely has some positive effect, I just for out of the session and my Tinnitus got to a mild 1/10 level. I hope it's permanent xD
T got all the way down to 1/10 tonight, that's pretty incredible. I hope it stays that way tomorrow and I am looking forward the next HBOT.
T gone to mild today (2/10), I am not sure if HBOT had anything to do with it and/or if it's temporary.
T is slightly less perceivable after yesterday's HBOT, I am not sure if that's due to the Placebo effect however, it might as well be.
Well, today's HBOT session was canceled because of the Heat wave in Paris. Next one is planned tomorrow instead.
T is still there, the volume doesn't vary much but I've had a spike yesterday evening. I am going for my second HBOT session this evening.
