Nanny chocolate

I'm a mum and have grandchildren.
Just had a massive change in T that I've had for 22 years. Desperate thoughts and now on sleepers for a few nights. GP gave sertraline and antibiotics and now T is awful. I'm hard of hearing caused by a virus years ago.
