Thanks for your responses! It's just weird to me, why my PT would get quieter when drinking caffeinated beverages or taking those vitamins. Any thoughts as to why this would happen?

I, too, have noticed that when the barometric pressure changes, my PT changes as well. I can always tell when it's going to rain or storm. I get severe facial pressure, headache, and my PT goes insane.

Thank you @Elinor for your response. It didn't occur to me at the time when I first started taking the antibiotics. I was just so sick! I stopped taking the meds and eventually the spike did come down.
