Also magnesium l-threonate involves brain plasticity which is similar to antidepressant way of work so you can ReLearn better (it's very slow but every day is better than previous) And the last and maybe one of the strongest "kinda natural and safe" things is lithium orotate...

I had insomnia on Etifoxine and it didn't work as good as valerian root, or grandaxin Actually I have two thing in my mind that did really work on anxiety: it's ashwagandha KSM-66 600mg (1-2 tabs), and Phosphatedylserine (100-200mg)

No, I quit colt turkey without any kind of discomfort. I'm feeling sad it stopped working for your anxiety but I think you could've upped your dosage. It's better then upping benzo dosage anyway

That's really fascinating result. I'm glad it's been helpful so much! Please share this as more people might benefit from it too without getting addicted / harmed by typical benzo. I might try this again, but currently I'm managing anxiety using magnesium l-threonate and a 2.5mg of bisoprolol...

Tinnitus and Panic Attacks from Cocaine Overdose

Haha, yes. I found only a few anecdotal stories of getting tinnitus after coke... so looks like we're the "lucky" ones. Luckily I didn't find any information about its' worsening for "lucky guys like us". Moreover, it improved significantly in most cases after couple of years. I assume it...

Hi! No, not really anything besides my sensitive gut. I had GERD and gastric erosion so I had to quit it after 2 weeks of use. Any benzo drug is irritating your gut, unfortunately not my option. But it was a godsend.

Here's a Safe Benzo Drug for Tinnitus Sufferers: Tofisopam (Emandaxin, Grandaxin, Sériel)

Bumping this thread. Did anyone try this already? @Chinmoku @GBB P.S. I had GERD so that's why benzos are not a choice for me (and they also discontinued this product).

Abraham Shulman Tinnitus Protocol (Clonazepam Plus Gabapentin)

I can also name some of the supplements that genuinely lowered my tinnitus. Creatine (noticeable difference) Silica (a little bit) Curcumin (a little bit)

    Suicidal

Did you read my post? I mean it's not creating fast dependence and withdrawal as traditional benzos do. You can't take it safely up to 3 months (and according to my experience quit CT after 2 weeks without discomfort)

Here's a Safe Benzo Drug for Tinnitus Sufferers: Tofisopam (Emandaxin, Grandaxin, Sériel)

In my country at any Pharma shop provided you have prescription for it. You can search over the internet. But I would strongly suggest checking if it is legal to buy this online in your country (it's a prescription benzo drug mate!!)

Yes, no sedative effect. Rather energizing a bit. Dependence isn't that strong if one keep take it up to 3 months. I mean, you can't compare dependence of traditional benzo to it, no way. Agree, it's weird. But this is how it is. It is not useless but not as strong as Xanax. Rather like...
