Your Tinnitus was caused by Acoustic Trauma and your going to a concert its your decision of course, but I would steer clear it would seem a strange decision to make if you went ahead

Hi when your wax has been removed then you could try Sodium bicarbonate ear drops two drops in each ear once a week and no more problems, I had a massive problem myself a couple of years ago but ENT told me to use these drops and I can only say I have had no problems to date hope this helps (y)

Hi Try googling. BPPV Benign paroxysmal Positional vertigo, I had something similar a few weeks ago all started after I turned over too quickly in bed, can be treated with meds if this is what you have then its not a problem quite common and not serious hope this helps
