Hi Sherri! I am new to this site and Tinnitus. I noticed, from previous posts, that you've had some success with supplements. Can you please let me know how that is going and what you're currently taking to minimize the sound of tinnitus?
Thanks for your reply Sherri. I'll give it a go. I'm already taking b12 (Methylcobalamin) but not Niacine or Magnesium. The doctor also prescribed me 'Adenosine 5-Triphosphate Disodium Salt Hydrate' which is supposed to help the nerves in the brain (I think) and therefore slowly reduce T volume. I've only taken them for a month so it's too early to tell (no improvement yet though).
Sherri i do take zinc magnesium ginko biloba, just started 3 days ago, i haven´t slept for 40 hrs not a wink, when you say it gets better what do you mean?
