My t was v v quiet after 11 months , and I was very hopeful that it just may fade away, then I made the stupid mistake of going on a very long flight 18 hours and then back home in a months time another 18 hours. T was back again with a vengeance, it's been 6 months now.....getting better again.

yes it's possible. I've read of many people getting t due to it. Put a few drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide in the ears to clean it out.

Make sure you get a seat towards front of the plane, engine noise is louder at the back of the plane.

Keep taking it even if it seems like it's not helping. It will help in the long run.

In the very beginning when I got t , I took Flavanoid, it did not seem like it was helping but in the long run I believe it did help. Now after a year I had a spike after a very long flight and started taking flavonoid It helped greatly.

Yes stress and anxiety does make the t louder. After a very long flight my t spiked quite A bit. I bought a iPod and filled it with this sound : And when the t us very bothersome I listen to it low volume only, at nights I keep The water sound on all night on my laptop.

Magnesium ( to name just one ) has helped quite a few people on the forum. I have meticulously experimented with different diet and supplements and I know what has helped reduce my T.

Well those Are your opinions and I have a different opinion, about diet plus supplements and everyone has a different story about what helped them and what didn't.
