Pulsatile Tinnitus Gone After Tenotomy of Middle Ear Muscles

@Padraigh Griffin, yhank you for this detailed post. I wanted to bump this thread because I have seen some positive reports of Ambroxol among some hyperacusis users, particularly sufferers with Trigeminal Neuralgia symptoms. Has anyone tried Ambroxol recently? How was it and what dosage?

Got a Flight Tomorrow, Need Advice on How to Prepare for Hyperacusis & ETD

Hello everyone, I have a flight coming up tomorrow that I must go on, and I have hyperacusis and ETD which complicates things. I am going to take some Sudafed, NAC, and anti-anxiety medication to calm my nerves before the flight. Might even use some Flonase before the flight as well. It is a...

Ideas and Suggestions for Future Episodes

I think this is a great idea. These organizations are supposed to represent us, but we aren't seeing much from them at all. There seems to be a great disconnect between Tinnitus Talk and these organizations. Perhaps if we can connect with them, it will be beneficial for tinnitus sufferers. (I...
