  • its still pretty loud @jiflyman. But, I've been getting on with my day, and am feeling positive as i get busy and distracted from the T.

    It's still early in the healing. Hopefully you will see improvement in the next 6 months.
    I am inspired by the stories here, but it is so hard to stay positive and hopeful at times. Like now. I know hanging in there may help??
    My T settled down a bit, and was managing. The last few days it really spiked. I have no idea why. I struggle and hate this constant noise.
    I'm angry at the T. i didn't lose my temper, but threw my work to the floor and yelled a few f bombs. I'm better now, t's a bit quieter

    Sometimes a bit of an emotional release can be helpful. In the beginning, I always felt better after crying.
