I was forced into early retirement recently because of my T. I powered through it for 8 years. Now you guys won't be able to get rid of me.
I'm learning a lot now. I wish I wouldn't have been so closed-minded and found this forum sooner
For the past 8 years I never wished to google or read anything about tinnitus it would crap me out.I would read one paragraph and exit out.
One thing I learned on Tinnitustalk is to let your ear heal.I have gone 8 years through some very brutal cycles.

I know my journey would have been different if I would have joined this community 8 years ago. I suffered many days and nights with major spikes not knowing if it would come down and I was terrified. I learned here it will come down and there are certain things you can do to help. The Ear will heal.

I had a cup of coffee this morning like I do ever morning and it made no difference in my T. I've been through some dark days it would have to be a major spike before I would give up coffee.

Due to insomnia, I was drinking a few cups regular coffee every morning before work, and I didn't notice any change in tinnitus correlating to drinking coffee. I made to cut drinking it by 11 AM on work days so that it wouldn't affect my sleep and skipped completely on weekends.

Try CHIA SEED Organic Trader Joe's. Very healthy.I started using it a few days ago.I add a tablespoon to my oatmeal.
Don't ever give up. Fight the good fight we will have more bad days than good but every day is a good day when you're alive,
