My earlier audiograms were very a little worse but not by much. The laser helped me with the fullness feeling and the hiss/ring. It didn't really restore any hearing. Hopefully, there will be something that will repair that in the near future.

I found my last 2 tests. I used the Wilden laser for two years. During that time, my hearing loss seemed to get a tiny bit better and the hiss and fullness feeling that I had decreased. I think the laser helped me with that the most. I sold it to someone last year. Since it wasn't helping...

I have a feeling that REGAIN will make their announcement first. Hopefully, it will be what we all want to hear. However, before REGAIN's meds hit the open market, FX-322 will probably have made their announcement. My plan is make the decision once I hear the results of both.

I'm hoping that we get to hear from the people involved in the trials. I'd like for them to explain in their own words what the results were and how the drugs made them feel.

Having REGAIN, Frequency Therapeutics and Otonomy all working on cures are a lot more options than we had just a few years ago. I personally did the LLLT for 2 years. Although it calmed down my tinnitus, it never helped me regain my hearing loss. I'm keeping my eye on these 3.

Exactly! A high pitched hiss. Unfortunately, my audiologist doesn't test the higher frequencies.

If anyone is on the fence about buying this laser, please wait another few weeks until I get my 3 month audiogram done. As I said before, I don't expect any big changes but you may as well wait to see if there are any since my ear appointment is coming up really soon.
