    The blow to your ear is a prime suspect for me, much higher in the list than amoxicillin or alcohol. It was severe enough to rupture your ear drum. That trauma can have all kinds of bad consequences for hearing, including tinnitus. Good luck.

    Smoking cigarettes doesn't change my tinnitus at all. Alcohol actually completely silences my tinnitus when I get drunk. However, the next day it's usually worse with the hangover but goes back to normal after like 24 hours. So I say to enjoy yourself.
