Stellate Ganglion Block Therapy for Treating PTSD — Would SGB Shots Also Help Tinnitus?

Do you mind telling us the clinic that has been doing your prolotherapy? Any improvement with the SBG? Would you recommend them?

Tinnitus Began First Week of June 2020 After Wim Hof Breathing

If you get relief from them then it might be ok to continue but just be cautious. There are videos and exercises that tell you to blow your nose very hard for example. Do not do this. Anything gentle should be ok but I generally say stay away from them for a while.

CBG:CBD Cannabinoid Tincture — It's Helping My Tinnitus

Some people still have adverse effects to CBD. For the most part, it’s very hard to find CBD that 100% clear of THC anyway so it could be that the extremely small amount of THC is causing a spike.

    Tinnitus & Hyperacusis 90% Cured

@Aaron91, this publication is very interesting. Seems to suggest that the receptors that regulate middle ear pressure can be altered by a bout of hypoxia.

Tinnitus Began First Week of June 2020 After Wim Hof Breathing

Sorry to hear your troubles. You’re in the same boat as most of us. My symptoms are almost the same. It’s too bad that fountain didn’t cut him in half back then. We would’ve all been spared this hell.

Tinnitus Began First Week of June 2020 After Wim Hof Breathing

It’s good to try things. I think the steam will help but not so much the nasal spray. I don’t think 10-12 days will fix that much, it’ll likely take weeks to start to see any results. So far the my opinion is that the tinnitus is likely permanent but with good lifestyle changes and constant...

Tinnitus Began First Week of June 2020 After Wim Hof Breathing

Unfortunately, there isn’t much you can do right now. Reducing stress and avoiding loud noise is probably the best you can do for yourself at this time. I would not do ETD exercises and you’ll likely find that within a few months the pressure will get better but the ETD symptoms will likely...

Treating Tinnitus with RST Sanexas, Using Electrical Cell Signaling?

Not more than what’s in the thread. I have read multiple reports that rTNS can work for hyperacusis. I have seen about 5 success stories with it. My only interest in this kind of treatment outside of rTNS or Shore device is that people reported their tinnitus “cured” after using RST Sanexas...

Anything with breath holds or powerful breathing can cause damage to your ears. About Nortriptyline; if you feel that you are getting better while on it, it’s worth a consideration to stay on it. Please be careful with the breathing exercises. Have a look at the Wim Hof thread. That piece of crap has ruined many people’s lives. Just be very careful with yoga-type breathing. The Effects of Hypothyroidism Upon the Ear, Nose and Throat

The lower the number the more your thyroid is working. You would need supplementation if your TSH was high. 1.00 is right around the number most endos try and get to when supplementing with levothyroxine. You are pretty much perfect in TSH. If your TSH was well less than 1.00 with no...

Can LDN (Low-Dose Naltrexone) Make Tinnitus Better or Worse?

This could be the case but isn’t necessarily true. There's a bunch of other possibilities. I wouldn’t jump to conclusions until the data is out. Unfortunately, taking such a long time to release data could mean they are posturing and getting ready for windfall from the bad news.
