Forgot to add, the 'ching' sound when I clench, or push my jaw forward, appears to be on the left, even though my jaw clicks on the right.

I have had two normal hearing tests up to 8 kHz and a normal bone conduction test too. I have multiple toned tinnitus, some tones of which I think are of a higher frequency than 8 kHz, plus I get the hissing, buzzing sounds, especially noticeable at night.

I have noticed that when I hear the sharp electrical hiss I also seemed to have an element of hyperacusis (happens around every four days). It's strange, but hopeful how sometimes T seems to quieten down, just need to learn how to permanently quieten it.

Could it be a change in blood pressure? Postural hypotension is when the blood pressure suddenly drops when standing up suddenly.
