My tinnitus has eased up on certain noises and sounds, but I don't think it's the Ashwagandha. It has helped with the anxiety though and stress. I think my tinnitus finally easing up is due to the passage of time.

It's funny. Before tinnitus I protected my ears while working with power tools, and now I really do. But you're right I don't notice much of a change with my tinnitus. I do notice when I'm hitting metal on metal tools that "shifts" my ears a bit. It's so weird. Or my air nailer in closed...

I hope she's feeling better. And I agree. Heart stuff is scary and I wouldn't just rely on medication. Pretty much everyone on my mom's side of the family has heart issues. Medication never works for long and usually makes it worse.
