Will people with better audiograms have better outcomes or doesn't it matter?

For the many cables issue I also bought a long USB hub, so I have three or so total cables connecting to my computer. I did not do this necessarily because of tinnitus, I just hate the fan noise in general, especially when it speeds up and down under load.

To solve the fan noise problem I simply bought long cables and put my PC case in the next room and slid the cables under the door to connect my monitor and I don't hear the fans anymore.

I have a very similar audiogram expect my 3 kHz notch is at 20 dB, I have a lot of tinnitus tones in the 2.5 kHz to 3 kHz, and yes, it seems there is very slight damage even if there is a small but obvious dip in a tone, I have no doubt my hearing is damaged in that range.

I've been to a couple of ENTs. Some were extremely impatient and some were patient and explained things but ultimately it made no difference because there's nothing they can do beyond the basic examinations.

Money cannot save you from tinnitus. Don't forget that there are celebrities worth hundreds of millions of dollars and they haven't found the solution. If anybody could make a major change it's these people and it baffles me why they don't do more.
