    Will Tinnitus Ever Get Better?

Dont forget your perception of Tinnitus is also related to your external sound enviroment. Sometimes its easy to think that the T has got louder. When in fact the external sounds are so quiet, there is nothing to mitigate the internal sound. Hope this helps. Peace & Love. Chimp.

ENT Said If Tinnitus Doesn't Get Better in 3 Months, the Brain Memorizes It, and Never Gets Better

Yes it can sap your energy and make it hard to concentrate. But I have found over time my mind has become "stronger" as such - and now can do most things "normally". I can somehow mitigate the effects. Takes time of course. Peace & Love to you. Chimp.

Anyone Who Has Extremely High Pitch Tinnitus: How Do You Cope?

Hi there, Dont worry it wont hurt your ears. The tinnitus is a brain based internal sound, not an external sound caused by air pressure on the ear drums. My Tinnitus is a very high frequency, and lately seems to have got higher. Any more and i will take off! lol. Please try not to fight with...

ENT Said If Tinnitus Doesn't Get Better in 3 Months, the Brain Memorizes It, and Never Gets Better

Dont listen to what they say. ENTs are normally not clued up on how the brain functions. The brain is extremely plastic in its responses to stimuli. Some people have had success with Neuro Modulation after having Tinnitus for years. If it was fixed, how come they respond so well. I think the...

    Forward Head Posture and Tinnitus

There may be something with FHP which causes Tinnitus, but im not so sure. Many people have terrible posture, dont excercise, eat badly etc - and no Tinnitus what so ever. But it doesnt hurt to improve posture anyway. Im just not sure how much it does/doesnt contribute to Tinnitus. Peace & Love.

I dont like the statement "There is no cure" while possibly technically correct (for now), you can reach a point where your mind/body comes back into balance. When that happens it is a kind of cure, because Tinnitus does not dominate your life - and you are more or less your old self. This...

Kiss on the Ear, No Pain Afterwards. Can Tinnitus Permanently Spike?

Im sure it will return to baseline T. Mine always does (touch wood so far). What I have done is find a sound which I know masks my normal Tinnitus level. For me its the rushing water of the bathroom tap. The decibel level and "type" of sound it produces seems to mask my T completely. So if I...
