My tinnitus is from a toxicity issue, so it comes and goes depending on my situation. Not noise induced. One ear. But that ear also feels full at times, and clicks a lot. Can the pressure from taking off/departing cause issues? Will wearing EarPlanes be enough? Or anything else I need to do...

Is there a way to up the chances if it going away? Besides obviously protecting ears from loud noises + curcumin

Especially since this could be inflammation related, trying to think what else would help

I went to the ENT, he said it looked fine. Nerve looked good. No hearing loss. I am dealing with other health issues in regards to toxicity/exposure I had. It could be from detoxing from that? Idk.

Thankfully the ringing I had wasn't too bad, but now that it's gotten better, I'm having trouble figuring out if it's there or not. Sometimes I hear something, but not sure if it's ringing or some sound in the room. I try plugging my ears and feel like I hear it, but maybe I'm just looking for...

So my left ear has been the one that was full and ringing. Thankfully the ringing has MOSTLY gone away in the last couple days. Still feels full. But now today, the earlobe is red and very warm to the touch. Is this normal? Is this the oncoming of an ear infection? Any advice would be appreciated.

Is Flonase a corticosteroid? I was prescribed it. But I have some other issues I'm dealing with related to immune system, so steroids (which suppress the immune system) might not be a great option. Not sure :/

Yeah he didn't diagnose mucus or anything. He just put a camera up my nose, said no infection, but I should take Flonase and Mucinex D. Not sure why

Left ear only. It’s like a high pitch frequency eeeeee. Like if u were next to a TV or something electronic. Going to ENT this week. I see a lot of people say they do a hearing test. Would those high-pitched sounds in the test possibly worsen the tinnitus? Just want to make sure I'm being super safe and don't do something I regret :(
