I use to have fleeting Ts maybe 3-4 times/week. I don´t worry about them, they use to last for maybe 30-60 seconds and fade away. This morning i had one very long one, took more than an hour for it to fade, scary one. Anyone else experience these long ones?

Yesterday I had a fleeting tinnitus that turned off all the tones for a few seconds. I wonder what is the mechanism behind that.

Could it be possible that because of my increased attention to T lately that it sparks some some sort of mechanism in my brain by allowing more fleeting tinnitus pass the filter barrier? Past couple of weeks i get like 2-3 fleeting tinnitus "attacks" a day. This made me worried. Is my T worsening?
