I still have fleeting T quite a bit, but not as much as I was having it. A month or so ago, I was having fleeting T regularly through each day. I probably only have it twice/three times a day now.

I'm sorry to reply so late, but thank you so much for your kind and reassuring words at the time. It did get better regarding fleeting tinnitus, but the unusual tone comes back once in a while and I'm now dealing with burning/sensitive ear...

@Gabriel5050 lol yeah I get fleeting T on top of it all too. I swear, I've never had any T, not even fleeting, until the start of this year but I got multiple fluctuating tones from the start. It's exhausting

@Stacken77 I had a sleepless night due to the spike and I experienced the fleeting tinnitus episode mid night. However, when it subsided, it was not fully gone and now the tone stayed.

@Lurius do you still get fleeting tinnitus bouts? Or have those stopped?

@Freerunner your T case sounds very similar to mine. Even with the fleeting T episode which never fully went. If it gives you some hope, my 8/10 tinnitus, eventually after a year, subsidised.

...similar happened to me twice. In my dream I was exposed to a faulty speaker which made a horrible loud noise, woke up right then with awful, extremely loud fleeting T. The other time I dreamt about a plaza explosion, woke up again with fleeting T, had an elevated T day, but went back to...

I'm sure you'll be fine "très chère compatriote" ;). Fleeting T's may be scary but, on some days, I can have dozens of them, even on "good" days. Just pressure changes I guess as it's always happening when weather is changing.

Fleeting T can be terrifying, so I have a rule to not worry for the first 60 seconds. As a result of adopting this rule I have been able to avoid worrying for no good reason. And like I said, it is even possible that fleeting T is good for you.

Maybe light-headed is not the best word... It's more like my head feels like in a bubble or underwater for just a second, and then the sharp fleeting T kicks in

It was likely fleeting tinnitus, very common (I used to have it even before my onset)!

I've been getting insane fleeting low, medium, high T lately too that sticks for minutes.Been taking more ginko lately....
