I use Bose QuietComfort 20 everyday for atleast 4 hrs. I use for phone calls and music at very minimum level. I dont have any problem. Tinnitus since Dec 2016, I have been using bose since Jan 2017.

Dear members, I just want to ask a question regarding double ear protection in extreme noise areas such as subway, gunfire, concerts. All of them are over 120 dB. But if I wear earplugs (32 dB) and mufflers(32 dB) together would it decrease it by 64 dB? Please help me to understand it...

Hello Guys, Thank you for all you support. I have question on how earplugs actually work. For example if I use foam earplugs (32 dB) what does this mean? This mean noice reduces to 32 dB? 1) For example if I am doing a road trip for 5 hours and there is music playing between 60 to 80 dB level...
