Normal volume music in my car and sound on my laptop sounds loud. I had ear pain as well for a couple days but has since subsided. I am not sensitive to everyday sounds, however. Am I developing hyperacusis?

I should note I added 22.5 mg Remeron after going back on Zoloft in 2016. Not sure whether its the Zoloft or Remeron which is the culprit.

I should add it varies from song to song, and is mostly over the ambient parts, with beeping just one of the worst ones, and reverberating tones a more common one.

Had T for a month. Could sleep with a fan. Woke up yesterday and had a morse code random beeping that made it impossible to fall asleep. Beeping is fan induced. But I need a fan to mask the T. I am considering ending it. Please advise.
