Sounds like you take this as needed for occasional anxiety? To control blood pressure, propranolol probably needs to be taken consistently and at higher dose. That could make a huge difference. I hope that's true.

I wish there is. I dont know what else can control high blood pressure, other than eating healthy and exercising and hoping for the best, which may or may not happen, and even if it does happen, it will be at least months away.

It's not uncommon to see people develop ringing during pregnancy, if you google it. I know of one whose ringing disappeared after a few months of getting it.

Dont just think about yourself. The loudness can be damaging even to people who have no T yet. Think about potential damages to your loved ones you bring along. The consequence is unimaginable. I cringe everytime my son says he is going to a movie. Yes, even movies!
