Hi Sarah, You are absolutely correct. When I first got T, I would tell my wife, "how stupid is this!", really, but then something called floaters happened to me. Apparently things that go with getting older, anyway, they are just as stupid as tinnitus, hang in there.

Hi Sarah, sorry for the late response. Took the family on a mini vacation to the beach. It was nice, we had fun. T was still there but of course when having a good time, I didn't think about it a whole lot. How about yourself?

@Angela Riffe Focusing on mindset is huge. I'm 6 months into my spike and to be honest at this point I think it's just become little more tolerable. Not where I want to be yet but working on it. I hope you've been having more good days than bad ones. At least that would be something to build on.

I once listened to some psychologist talk about people like us and they said because of the way we think we are successful but when it comes to things we can not control we don't do so well. Not sure if this helps other than to tell you I get it. Your not alone.
