Yes.. you will be surprised how quite it is. I know this from pre T and T experience and of course it felt more quite pre T. At home Now when I put them on.. I hear my T right away... before I could hear nothing but silence. Silence is truly golden.

I'm currently taking Topamax to control intracranial pressure and headaces due to head Trauma almost year ago.. I hate taking meds. All meds come with some long term side effects. No one knows if you take a particular med Trobalt etc..for 2 years what effect if will have on your kidneys...

My concern is another noise or physical trauma can make things worse.

The age of the aircraft also plays a factor. I think the newer aircrafts might provide better db protection I remember flying to vegas in 2011 in a Boeing 757 older version and even with bose noise cancelation phones the sound of the engines was loud.

I got my lower wisdom teeth pulled many many years ago before I got T and I'm glad I got them pulled out.

I take magnesium daily as well. 400mg It helps brain and headaces and tinnitus.. well so I've heard. I'm sure it helps a little in the long run so why not.

Airbus 320, is comparable to Boeing 737 or md90.. so I think it should be in the 75 db range.

Larger the plane, larger it's engine thus larger noise. I measured 75 dbs on Erj175, MD 90, Boeing 717 airplanes which are mostly regional planes... not cross country. So yea if flying long distance db might be higher.. I will make sure to measure on long flight next time.. but noise...

I fly a lot.. I have bose noise cancelling headphones. Make sure you have ear plugs and or muffs or any noise cancelling headphones and you should be ok. I have used noise meter app on many flights and they all show 75 db.

I think CT scans are quite.. but ask your ENT and do research if you indeed have money to get CT scan and maybe ask your insurance company how much they will cover.

Mri won't hurt.. make sure you have good insurance to cover the cost.

There is a difference between loud clubs and some bars that play mild music. I stay away from clubs or bars with loud music. But I know a few places that don't have loud music levels.. smart phone app comes in handy. I use app called noise meter.. if it shows above 80db.. I don't go there...

All you need is white noise app or rain sounds app on your smartphone. I played those apps every night for first few months. Now I sleep on my own but my T has lowered in volume now. Still annoying tho. Good sleep should be first priority. Just play the apps all night and good luck.

I think even dr. Nagler said zoloft is safe many months ago. You can verify with him. People taking zoloft and leaving comments about T is not evidence because their T could be caused by multiple factors and it just happened they took zoloft at the same time.
